ABSTRACT
In the commercial contract all obligations must be completed by the time stated. If no
time is stated in the contract then the obligation must be completed within a
reasonable time. The contractor always has more to do – therefore basic law always
favours the purchaser in principle – but remember that the purchaser usually has time
obligations as well.
