Chapter 6 is on Co-Creation, the third C of the 4Cs rhythm, whereby we interweave the Integral research process with relevant educational content with a view to achieving Integral Ubuntu Leadership and developing an accompanying leadership development programme for managerial leaders. As far as the CARE functions are concerned, the innovation-driven research therefore builds on Co-Creation.
