ABSTRACT
The last chapter, Chapter 7, was on Co-Creation from the outer-calling perspective, following the key tenets of critical theory with a view to co-evolving Integral Ubuntu Leadership and developing, in the 4Cs guise, an accompanying leadership development programme for organisational and societal leaders. We drew on the leadership experiences in Africa of Steve Biko, Nelson Mandela, Kwame Nkrumah and Julius Nyerere.
