ABSTRACT

In the previous chapter, we established the interpretive foundations of self-renewal, or more specifically self-actualization, from an overall research perspective. Now we turn to the enterprise equivalent. Overall, while the southern phenomenological foundations were based on a particular, local and indigenous life world, the eastern interpretive ones involve the identification of emerging balances, and imbalances, between worlds, including, as we have seen, potential for transcultural, transdisciplinary, transformational and transpersonal fusion, in the course of disclosing new worlds. In fact, such a process provides the contextual enterprise foundation that follows conscious evolution, as origination. Altogether, between the two, we have come a long way from conventional enterprise, or entrepreneurship.
