ABSTRACT
Measuring racial discrimination is virtually impossible. 1 Yet, just speaking about it acknowledges its existence, such a discrimination may go against tolerance, equality, and respect for the rights of others without reference to their identity, origin or associations. These values constitute, among other things, the fundamental principles of a State of laws.
