ABSTRACT

Enthusiastic and excited people consistently generate ideas and new ways of doing things, but their ability to do so can be reduced by their self-imposed limits or how one communicate thoughts and messages to them. Peoples have seen teams of athletes draw on the diverse skills of each member to achieve success. To communicate effectively, one must first understand the thinking skills they possess, and the way they process information. Jayne's Grass Roots teams were able to identify problem areas the managers didn't know and put together pragmatic solutions that delivered on-going results. Tony Dottino saw an example of the tendency when meeting an artist at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), founded in 1914 by Victor Herbert, Irving Berlin, John Philip Sousa and many others of the great composers and songwriters of the time, is the world's leading organization in the protection of the intellectual property rights of creative artists.
