Audio conferencing is perhaps the medium used most often during global projects. Low cost, ease to set up and low risk of technical problems are the main advantages of holding an audio conference instead of a video conference and few people in the business environment would consider using web conferencing without the audio support. This justifies special attention when implementing the audio conferencing service most adapted to their needs. The use of video conferencing can help to establish trust when the stakeholders do not have the opportunity of meeting face-to-face regularly, requiring some investment in equipment, documentation and training. When evaluating different audio conferencing service providers, people can take into consideration the items on the survey above and other criteria relevant to their organisation. Usually, the organiser establishes the conference by dialling a telephone number and inputting the organiser's pin code. The participants dial the same number and input the participant codes.
