ABSTRACT
In this chapter, aspects of group membership discussed in the interviews will be reviewed. These include gender-related groups, broad occupational groups and groups based on tasks and roles undertaken. Some of the communication patterns and norms of behaviour will also be discussed in terms of what they reveal about collectively held beliefs and values within ATC.
