ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses a maze of information general information games. The purpose of this game is to present any basic information. Small groups of participants receive blank crossword puzzle sheets and lists of questions regarding the topic being addressed. Show the participants a sample of questions and a crossword puzzle and answer any questions participants have regarding the process. Give each group a list of questions regarding the chosen topic(s), a few blank crossword puzzle sheets, and one large grid-style flip-chart page. The companion can give the new employee the blank puzzle sheets and a time limit in which to prepare a puzzle. For an e-version of this game, the blank puzzle sheet could be made into a PDF and sent to new employees who could then print it out and make up their own puzzles.
