ABSTRACT
Around the same time several organisations in Australia and New Zealand approached me regarding management development. These organisations were seeking a programme that would be applicable across a diverse range of work areas and levels of management. They wanted to develop practical people leadership skills in order to achieve high performance and foster high levels of staff engagement.
