ABSTRACT
In order to provide insights into what management need to do to develop an integrated management model and system to ensure that the cyber security issues are dealt with adequately in the context of a corporate security and resilience policy. Kendrick has argued that as regards, technology risk, management need to be aware of how computer viruses affect the performance of a system and with respect to the transfer of sensitive and confidential information. The IAAC Academic Liaison Panel meeting, which was held in London, discussed a number of issues relating to the UK's Cyber Security Strategy. Andrea Simmons stressed the fact of changes taking place in Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) to work. Matthew Hogg explained that most of the costs are non-physical and customer lists needed to be guarded as do intellectual property rights. An organization's resilience policy and corporate governance policy cannot be viewed as distinct but should be viewed as integrated and will include IT governance.
