Do you know Mr Tur-Tur? He is a character from the children’s story ‘Jim Button
and Luke the Engine Driver’ by Michael Ende (1963). The strange thing about Mr
Tur-Tur is the fact that – contrary to our usual everyday experiences – he reaches
ever bigger, more threatening and more terrible dimensions the further away you are.
