The following paragraphs dig into more detail and study some of the features offences and interpretations of the Bribery Act 2010 given in the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) Guidance released on 30 March 2011 (see page 92) and in the various Law Commission and Parliamentary deliberations discussed in Chapter 2.
