ABSTRACT
Contracts with senior managers, suppliers, customers, agents and other members of the Extended Enterprise are important building blocks in a control programme and establish the company’s legal rights. Wherever possible they should be positively framed and provide realistic reciprocal rights based on expert legal advice, possibly incorporating some of the following ideas.
