ABSTRACT
This chapter analyses the structural organization of sentencing in the summary Court of Misdemeanors (State of Emergency) in case 182/2001, Qasr al-Nil, registered as 655/2001, High State Security. Incidentally, we can mention that this trial, known as the “Queen Boat case”, made headlines across the world.
