ABSTRACT

It is increasingly clear that environmental, social and corporate governance concerns are largely systemic issues and as a result, these challenges require systemic solutions. These issues won’t be solved by investment alone, or by companies alone, or by just policymakers for that matter. All parties will need to move in tandem if any significant shift – say in low-carbon energy – at the scale required is to occur, supported by a consensus of scientists coupled with robust grassroots awareness and the average person insisting on required change through asking the right kind of questions.
