ABSTRACT

When I have made other discoveries from these plays from scene study work, I have included these in the discussion of the individual play that was performed by the OSC.

I remember when we were first in Jordan, one of my most experienced actors seemed a little nervous, and when I talked to him about it, it turned out that although he had performed for me many times and had done numerous demonstrations, workshops, and scene studies, this was the first time he had ever done a full-length play this way – and the prospect of embarking on a 2-to 3-hour journey across a tightrope without any safety harness or railings was very daunting.
