ABSTRACT
Chapter 4 looks at the personal and societal reasons our students are making these choices, particularly as expressed in their Digital Disconnect papers (FOMO, avoidance of people, boredom, loneliness, and more.) It provides a unique view into the new reality we face as described by acting students.
