ABSTRACT
TCC and GMP procurement methods are still not very common in the Hong Kong construction industry. It is necessary to investigate the potential difficulties when adopting TCC and GMP procurement strategies, as any lessons learnt in Hong Kong could be of global interest. This chapter aims to identify potential difficulties with the current practices of TCC and GMP, and to provide useful insights for improvement by alleviating the effects of risk factors and the occurrence of potential difficulties encountered in future TCC and GMP projects.
