ABSTRACT
Human rights does not require equality between people. However, what it does demand is that all people have such things as housing, education, health care, and some means of social security. Unfortunately, literally billions of people are without at least some form of human rights protection, and when this occurs perhaps the most natural of all human responses is to move to a country where such human rights protections exist.
