ABSTRACT
The 1980s AIDS crisis in San Francisco show us how fragile and fleeting the human right to health care oftentimes is. It also shows the kinds of punitive measures that politicians seriously considered at that time as a way of dealing with the crisis. Only through political action were such measures defeated. This is a scary film but a deeply moving one as well.
