ABSTRACT
Since this book is intended more for the general reader than for the expert or academic historian, the aim of this postscript is to provide suggestions about easily accessible and stimulating Victorian works, not only books but also recorded music, buildings, statues, dresses, paintings, photographs and museums, for people wanting to follow up aspects of Victorian etceteras. It therefore concentrates on works produced by Victorians themselves and is hardly at all concerned with books written about Victorians by twentieth-century historians.
