Meritwork’s role is only that of a facilitator for providers and potential customers to find each other, communicate, and transact. Network analytics are essential in selecting and presenting results in order of possible, potential trustworthiness. Another example of the opportunity to improve the user experience is to track different lists of events of how the user gets to make a certain action or event on the app, and compare to how the Meritwork’s team wanted this to be done. Central to transacting on Meritwork is the integrated messaging platform.
