ABSTRACT
Several of the Trailblazers profiled have achieved prominence as both academicians and practicing administrators in the field of public administration. One such individual is Dr. Walter D. Broadnax who has accumulated a distinguished professional career spanning more than 47 years at the federal, state, and local levels of public service and as a professor and administrator in higher education. He has left an indelible “foot-print” in the field of public administration, public affairs, and public policy and has served as a true catalyst for diversity and inclusivity within the profession.
