Traditional Chinese Medicine as family connectedness embodies theprofound meaning of filial piety, a crucial element in Chinese culture. Filial piety defines harmonious relationships by mutual obligation within a family, extending outside to friends. Significantly, Traditional Chinese Medicine is a vehicle for the transmission and continuation of culture, both in its use for the continuity of family lines and by its linking of generations through tradition.
