DR. CHEN: I have a couple of comments. In the presentation to
a public hearing on a fish model, biologists are sitting there ready
to clobber you. They will point out that your fish production compu
tation is not meaningful with respect to other environmental factors
such as the suitability of the spawning ground and its availability.
