ABSTRACT
Children bring homes to life. Housing areas without children are only half-alive. Residential streets, where only cars indicate life, are a world away from home-zone streets with children playing in public. Children also help adults to meet. They’re a foundation upon which community can grow. But how well do we provide for their needs?
