TYPES OF UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR Unethical activities in campaigns can occur at any point in the campaign process, but a few stand out as more frequent and easy to identify. These include ballot stuffing and vote buying, scandals, conflicts of interest, dirty tricks, issue avoidance, negative campaigning, and the role of consultants.
