ABSTRACT

A person being interviewed for employment will be asked a number of questions: What are your qualifications? What experience have you had? Why did you leave your last position? What references can you give? The applicant, in turn, will ask questions: What will be expected of me? What salary is offered? What are the fringe benefits? What are the working conditions? What security will I have on the job? What are the opportunities for advancement? All of these questions are important, but do they have anything to do with morality?
