ABSTRACT
The central issue of interest group politics is the bias of representation. Because some sectors of society are better represented by lobbies than others, we must ask if the advantages gained by such representation are a threat to the integrity of the democratic process. How great is the bias of the interest group society, and what are the consequences of this?
