ABSTRACT

Scenic art is big. We frequently use paint elevations or

reference images that we can hold in our hand and enlarge

them to fill the stage. A typical 1⁄2 inch to the foot paint

elevation is 24 times smaller than full scale. Even a small

decorative ornament can be many times larger than your

sketch or a photo you found in a book. There are several ways

to enlarge and transfer images quickly, and this chapter will

explain your options.
