ABSTRACT
Notes on contributor Nicole Vincent obtained her PhD in 2007 from the University of Adelaide in Australia. She is a research fellow in the Department of Philosophy at Macquarie University in Australia and chief investigator of the Enhancing Responsibility project at Technische Universiteit Delft in The Netherlands. The concept of responsibility occupies centre stage in her work in the fields of neuroethics, neurolaw, ethics, philosophy of tort and criminal law, and political philosophy.
