ABSTRACT
The following sections highlight the local and regional context for quality assurance (QA) and accreditation and provide a brief overview of the literature in the field. Then the chapter follows the discussion of the case study of how the ZU COE faculty implemented the processes necessary for QA and accreditation. Finally, implications and recommendations related to the process are presented.
