ABSTRACT
Environmental sustainability is a topic that provokes growing interest and concern among citizens and consumers. It is, therefore, gaining a higher position on the agendas of public administrations and private organizations. However, in an ever more globalized and competitive market, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish how to make sustainable choices.
