Sustainable buildings are the fabric of future lifestyles. This subject is of increasing interest to regions, as building stocks are usually significant, and their age suggests early replacement or refurbishment, but also because a vibrant modern building industry can be an important factor in industrial revitalisation and in the export of materials and expertise.
