ABSTRACT

Many times when dealing with challenging parents, we have issues that are difficult to agree upon. The version that their child gives could possibly vary “slightly” from the one that we have. Also, the parents may not agree with the consequence that occurs because of their son’s or daughter’s action. However, finding some common ground that we can agree on is essential. It would be especially valuable if we even have a perspective or point of view that the student, parent, and teacher can all agree on. We can have that perspective by focusing on the future.
