ABSTRACT
The common properties of species-essential objectivations ‘in itself form the basis for everyday life-activity and provide a framework for its make-up. This is because appropriation of species-essential objectivation ‘in itself is the minimum necessary if a person is to sustain his existence, support himself, in a given social setting; and strict adherence to the norms thus generated is, up to a certain point, obligatory on every man, as otherwise he will simply be non-viable and perish. Analysis of the common properties of species-essential activity ‘in itself is therefore tantamount to analysis of the indispensable ground structure of everyday life and thinking.
