ABSTRACT
Network centric organizing creates strong bonds within neighborhoods and makes bridges to connections outside of neighborhoods. The key question is: Does this community building form of organizing result in true neighborhood change and a redistribution of power and capital to develop low income communities? Is network centric organizing just getting neighbors together to share food and get to know each other or is there something more?
