ABSTRACT
Research on the Oliver Organization Description Questionnaire was published in a Scoring Guide (Oliver 1981) and in the Academy of Management Journal (Oliver 1982). Thus began a series of studies devoted to establishing how four types of organizational forms underlying role motivation theory may be actually measured, and how they function.
