Active Volunteers Working in Voluntary Organizations in Western New York

“Defining Voluntary Groups and Agencies within Organization Science” was published in Organization Science (Wilderom and Miner 1991). It represents the first application of the Oliver Organization Description Questionnaire (OODQ) as a stand alone instrument, and also the first study to consider voluntary organizations.
