ABSTRACT
The article considered here was published in the Academy of Management Journal (Miner 1978d) in an attempt to redress certain conclusions that had been published previously regarding the Miner Sentence Completion Scale (MSCS)s. Although the data derive from various sources, a considerable contributor was a consulting engagement conducted at Lake Forest College in Illinois.
