ABSTRACT
As his plane landed in Stockholm, Sweden, the president of the United States was looking forward to the upcoming meeting of leaders of the economically advanced nations. Entering the airport, surrounded by secret service and advisers, the president was pleased to see the throng of foreign reporters, pushing and shoving to get near the microphone he would use for his press conference. Soon he was behind the microphone.
