ABSTRACT
We are acutely aware of the gun culture at the moment. The mass shooting in Tucson, Arizona, and the fight of Representative Gabrielle Giffords to survive a bullet that went in one side of her head and came out the other has left us in shock. We are aware of her daily effort to return to a normal life.
