In this particular case, the Commission recommends that the IOC Executive Board remind Mr Richard Pound, an IOC member, of the need to comply
with the duty of reserve when making public statements which could affect the reputation of others, and in particular when an anti-doping rules violation by an athlete has not yet been established.
