ABSTRACT
Over the years, mobile phones have grown from being a luxury item into a basic need, due to rapid technological growth and the need to stay connected. And many people have taken advantage of this mobile phone development to expand business capabilities, to network, and to increase quality of life. Business was heavily influenced by this global change, adjusting to the high increase in mobile phone usage.
