ABSTRACT
The glory of this work is that Building Principals started visiting the beginning teachers’ classrooms and were seeing the learning targets and goals being posted. They observed many of the teachers referring to the targets throughout the lessons. As the beginning teachers started experiencing the increased student engagement, they would share their excitement with their colleagues, which generated an interest in learning more.
