ABSTRACT

The end of the school year is drawing near. With only a few weeks left, teachers and administrators are asking themselves, “Have we been successful? Have our students learned? Have I made a difference in a child's life this year?” For most educators, the answer is a resounding yes! You know you have reached your students because you have watched them learn and grow over the past nine months. You feel a sense of pride knowing that you are a part of their success. You feel a sense of accomplishment because you found ways to help students understand concepts that they did not understand before. You think back to the “aha” moments when you were teaching and you could see that your students suddenly understood.
