ABSTRACT
Administered Arbitration Rules 2013, which are based on the arbitration rules of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce. The default position under the JCWC Standard Form of Building Contract, 2006 edition, is for disputes under that contract to be resolved pursuant to the HKIAC Domestic Arbitration Rules.
