ABSTRACT
The issues of conflicts of interest have been discussed in previous chapters. Of utmost importance during the infancy of dispute boards are issues dealing with transparency, and honesty between dispute board members and the parties. This will remain paramount to an effective system of dispute resolution remaining in place as well as the development of the process itself.
