The Quality Management Systems, the Environmental and the Social Responsibility Management Systems and Their Effects on Human Resources Practices

The objective of this section is to present the ISO standards prescriptions in human resources management practices in quality approach, environmental management and corporate social responsibility. We present in what follows a table in which there is a comparison of the HR practices among three standards-ISO 9000, 14000 and 26000-to see the difference among the themes, publication, revision, logic, objectives and certifi cation of every standard.
